Marco Brusamolino is Co-Founder and CEO of Veycore, as well as President of its Board of Directors. His passion for the Automotive area has lasted for over 15 years.
His professional path began within an FCA dealership, where he acquired a profound understanding of the dynamics of sales and after-sales in the automotive area.In 2013, when he was 28 years old, he established Veycore, thus helping transform it into a dynamic, ever-growing scale-up, thanks to his vision and dedication.
Luca Maccarini is Co-Founder, CTO and Board Member of Veycore.
After obtaining a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Digital Communication, he began his professional career at Vodafone as a software developer. Subsequently, he gained experience in Berlin where he coordinated technical projects in a start-up incubator, until 2013, when he returned to Italy and established Veycore.Within the company, Luca coordinates the activities of the developers' technical team and manages the Data team. Furthermore, he is responsible for monitoring new technologies and evaluating their potential applied to products and services.
Romano Perticone is Co-Founder of Veycore, as well as holding the role of HR Manager and Member of the Board of Directors.
His career, which spans two decades in the area of professional football and a decade in the area of business, has always been characterized by remarkable commitment and success. When he was 27 years old, he co-founded the company together with Luca Maccarini and Marco Brusamolino.Romano is responsible for the recruitment and management of Veycore personnel, and is deeply inspired by the values of sports culture, which he guides in his leadership.
Tommaso Carboni brings 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and communications to Veycore.
Graduated in Management Engineering at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Tommaso first worked in London as Google's Regional Client Lead, with responsibility for the main automotive brands at EMEA level. Subsequently, he joined MotorK as Country Director for Italy, Head of Global Sales and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales.Prior to these experiences, he spent 15 years at Ford, holding various positions in sales, marketing, after sales, sales planning, ordering and distribution, most recently as Marketing Director. He also worked at MSX International and Procter & Gamble.
Donato Orlando provides Veycore with a long experience of after-sales management mainly in the Automotive area, but also in the industrial, medical and consumer electronics areas.
He has profound expertise in the management of assistance networks and related operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the efficiency of service networks and the profitability of operations which has characterized his entire professional career in Italy and in abroad.His approach is based on the importance of relationships and the social, thus distinguishing himself with the mantra: “People buy from People”.
Stefano Sargenti brings solid and extensive experience in the financial area of Veycore.
He worked for several years in a Big-Four dealing with legal auditing of important banking clients and other financial intermediaries, with a focus on budget and internal control system issues. Then, he entered the financial leasing area, dealing with reporting to the supervisory authority, as well as management control.Finally, he worked at a French banking group in the BNP sector where, at a local level, he structured the F&A Department. He was also responsible for the Risk & Compliance Department.
Serge Benissanh is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in various industries. He is a key figure in the Veycore team, with a passion for technology that has driven him to excel in various fields of IT.
His great curiosity continually pushes him towards the exploration of new methods and technologies. He promotes critical thinking and lifelong learning, thus inspiring the Veycore team to seek and achieve continuous improvements.Board

Christophe Schaillee has a rich background in blue-chip companies, including key roles in Marketing Sales, M&A, and General Management at Unilever Danone, and Gruppo Campari.
Currently serving as the CEO of Singularity S.A.M., a single family office, Christophe oversees a diverse global portfolio spanning Real Estate, Art, Financial Markets, and Private Equity. His hands-on experience in operational roles contributes significantly to his strategic approach in guiding family wealth across sectors such as healthtech, fintech, robotics renewables, and infrastructure.Christophe’s investment philosophy centres on achieving superior returns through a comprehensive understanding of Private Equity, emphasizing value addition. Beyond his role at Singularity, he dedicates himself to mentoring start-ups as a non-executive director, leveraging his operational
expertise to contribute to value creation.
With over twenty years of experience, she began her career as an Auditor before being appointed in 2005 as CFO of Venere.com, a pioneering company in online travel. In 2010, she moved - still as CFO - to the company Octo Telematics, which, with its black box for cars, became the leading global player in insurance telematics.
In 2019, she moved to London, where she took on the role of CFO for the company SUSE, forerunner in open source software and located in over 35 countries.She holds a degree in Economics and Business from Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, she has published the book "Pianificare Misurare Scalare" (Franco Angeli, 2022), dedicated to companies facing the scale-up phase, and she’s a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Club Deal LUISS Alumni 4 Growth.
In the last 15 years, Gianluigi Martina has developed deep knowledge in Information Technology, especially in decision support system software for enterprises. He co-founded GELLIFY in 2017, bringing his experience in creating and managing complex organizations in the consulting and innovation world. He is instrumental in starting up company operations, business development, and leading technology evaluation for B2B software.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce at Parma University, he has over 20 years of experience in consultancy, management, and structuring of M&A operations with a particular focus on the Mid Market, i.e., companies with revenues between 10 and 100 million euros, assisting both family businesses and industrial groups operating in various sectors, in sell-side/buy-side operations both nationally and internationally.
He began his career at Cross Border Srl, an independent financial consultancy firm that was part of Global M&A, one of the leading international networks of independent firms specializing in Corporate Finance operations. He has developed very in-depth skills in financial statement analysis, company valuation, and drafting industrial plans. Later, he collaborated with Arkios Italy Spa as a Transaction Manager, also participating in a listing operation on Euronext Growth Milan as an advisor, and is currently working with Mazal Corporate Finance Srl, part of the international Cross Border Associates network.In 2021, he co-founded Mazal Capital Spa, an investment holding company, along with three other partners. Mazal Capital Spa invests in SMEs with high development potential and solid fundamentals to support them in a growth process with a medium to long-term horizon.
