Leadership Team
Marco Brusamolino is the Co-Founder and CEO of Veycore, as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His passion for the automotive sector has lasted for over 15 years.
His professional journey began at an FCA dealership, where he gained a deep understanding of the dynamics of sales and aftersales in the automotive world. In 2013, at the age of 28, he founded Veycore, helping to transform it into a dynamic scale-up in constant growth, thanks to his vision and dedication.
Luca Maccarini is the Co-Founder, CTO, and Board Member of Veycore.
After earning his degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Digital Communication, he began his professional career at Vodafone as a software developer. He then gained experience in Berlin, where he coordinated technical projects at a startup incubator until 2013, the year he returned to Italy to found Veycore.Within the company, Luca oversees the Technical team of developers and manages the Data team. He is also responsible for monitoring new technologies and assessing their potential applications to the company's products and services.
Tommaso Carboni brings 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and communications to Veycore.
Graduated in Management Engineering at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Tommaso first worked in London as Google's Regional Client Lead, with responsibility for the main automotive brands at EMEA level. Subsequently, he joined MotorK as Country Director for Italy, Head of Global Sales and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales.Prior to these experiences, he spent 15 years at Ford, holding various positions in sales, marketing, after sales, sales planning, ordering and distribution, most recently as Marketing Director. He also worked at MSX International and Procter & Gamble.
Serge Benissanh is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience across various industries. He is a key member of the Veycore team, driven by a passion for technology that has led him to excel in multiple areas of computer science.
His strong curiosity constantly drives him to explore new methodologies and technologies. He fosters critical thinking and lifelong learning, inspiring the Veycore team to strive for and achieve continuous improvement.
He earned his master’s degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica in Milan. His professional journey began in 2014 as a controller and credit controller at REHAU Spa, a German multinational in the polymer sector. Two years later, he joined Castelcrom Srl, a manufacturing company in the automotive sector, where, in addition to continuing his role as a controller, he expanded his expertise in accounting and treasury. In 2020, he had his first experience in a Milanese startup in the automotive sector, brumbrum Spa, where he was responsible for creating a management control system from scratch. His most recent experience was at Serioplast Spa, an Italian multinational specializing in plastic bottle production, where he served as Administration and Finance Manager.

Romano Perticone is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Veycore.
His career, spanning two decades in professional football and a decade in the business world, has always been marked by remarkable dedication and success. At the age of 27, he co-founded the company alongside Luca Maccarini and Marco Brusamolino.
Christophe Schaillee has a rich background with blue-chip companies, including key roles in Marketing, Sales, M&A, and General Management at Unilever, Danone, and Campari Group.
He is currently the CEO of Singularity S.A.M., a Family Office, where he oversees a diversified global portfolio spanning real estate, art, financial markets, and Private Equity. His hands-on experience in operational roles significantly shapes his strategic approach to managing family wealth across sectors such as healthtech, fintech, robotics, renewable energy, and infrastructure.Christophe’s investment philosophy focuses on achieving superior returns through a deep understanding of Private Equity, emphasizing value creation. In addition to his role at Singularity, he dedicates time to mentoring startups as a non-executive director, leveraging his operational expertise to contribute to value generation.
With over twenty years of experience, she began her career as an Auditor before being appointed CFO of Venere.com in 2005, a pioneering company in the online travel sector.
In 2010, she transitioned—again as CFO—to Octo Telematics, which became the world's leading player in insurance telematics with its black box for vehicles. In 2019, she moved to London to serve as CFO at SUSE, a company operating in over 35 countries and a trailblazer in open-source software.She holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from Luiss Guido Carli in Rome and is the author of the book "Pianificare Misurare Scalare" (Franco Angeli, 2022), dedicated to companies navigating the scale-up phase. She is also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Club Deal LUISS Alumni 4 Growth.
Over the past 15 years, Gianluigi Martina has developed in-depth expertise in Information Technology, particularly in software dedicated to decision support systems for businesses. He co-founded GELLIFY in 2017, bringing his experience in creating and managing complex organizations in the consulting and innovation sectors. He plays a key role in launching business operations, business development, and technology assessment for B2B software.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Parma, he has gained over 20 years of experience in consulting, managing, and structuring M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the Mid-Market, targeting companies with revenues between €10 and €100 million.
He has assisted both family businesses and industrial groups operating in various sectors in sell-side and buy-side transactions at both national and international levels. He began his career at Cross Border Srl, a financial advisory firm where he developed deep expertise in financial statement analysis, business valuation, and the drafting of industrial plans.He later collaborated with Arkios Italy Spa as a Transaction Manager, contributing to an IPO on Euronext Growth Milan as an advisor. Currently, he works with Mazal Corporate Finance Srl, part of the international Cross Border Associates network.
In 2021, he co-founded Mazal Capital Spa, an investment holding company with three other partners. Mazal Capital invests in SMEs with high development potential and strong fundamentals to support them in their growth process with a medium-to-long-term investment horizon.
